1.2.4. Time Schedule

When developing a multimedia application it is important to arrange a timetable at the beginning of the project. Each step that has to be fulfilled from the beginning of the project until the end has to be listed in this time schedule and the required time has to be estimated. Mile Stones such as important meetings or presentations have to be visualised in the time schedule.

Since time is always scarce, it is important to schedule enough buffer time, where you can regain lost time.
