1.4.3. Unit-Summary

After having finished the development of a multimedia application, the prototype has to be evaluated. The test persons have to represent the target audience and the application has to be tested for its usability, its functionalities, etc. The main suggestions for improvement of the test persons have to be implemented in the prototype. This cycle has to run until the application fits to the requirements of the target audience.

After having completely finished the multimedia application, it has to be published. Depending on the application type (CD-ROM or Web application) the marketing of the product varies. A CD-ROM application has to be disposed while a Web application has "only" to be uploaded on the World Wide Web.

Both CD-ROM and Web applications have to be advertised anyway. Media such as the Internet, Trade Magazines, Journals, etc. are well suited for the purpose of advertisement.
